Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Graphiicom ("we", "us") collects when you use graphiicom.com and our design tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information. If you register, we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only in hashed form).
Your designs and uploads. The designs you create and save, and any images, logos or text you upload or enter into the editor.
Messages you send us. Anything you submit through a contact form or email.
Usage information. Basic page-view analytics so we can see which pages are used. To count unique visitors we store only a salted, daily hash of your IP address — never the raw address — together with the page visited, browser type and referring page.
Cookies. See section 6.

2. How we use your information

to provide the Service — saving your designs, generating previews and producing exports;
to create and manage your account and respond to your messages;
to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems;
to understand how the Service is used and improve it; and
to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers to run the Service, and some of your information passes through them:

Hosting and delivery. Our website is hosted with a web hosting provider and delivered through Cloudflare, which helps with speed and security and may process request data such as your IP address.
AI image generation. If you use AI image features, the text prompt you enter is sent to a third-party AI image service to create the image.
Background removal. If you use the Remove Background feature, the image you select is sent to a third-party background-removal service to process it.
Libraries and fonts. The editor loads open-source code libraries from public content delivery networks, which may receive your IP address when they serve those files.

These providers have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to read them. We share only what is needed for each feature to work.

4. How long we keep information

We keep your account and saved designs for as long as your account is active, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept in aggregated or hashed form. We may keep limited information longer where needed for security, legal or accounting reasons.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and secure (HTTPS) connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are essential to the Service — for example, a session cookie that keeps you signed in and a security token that protects forms from forged requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service (such as logging in and saving designs) may not work without them.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to delete your account and saved designs. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@graphiicom.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where we do so, we take steps to protect your information as described in this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we may give additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
