Terms of Service

Welcome to Graphiicom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of graphiicom.com and the design tools we provide, including our logo maker, banner maker, catalogue designer, visiting card maker and t-shirt/merch maker (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. The Service

Graphiicom lets you create designs from ready-made templates or from a blank canvas, customise them in an online editor, and download or export the result. We may add, change or remove features, templates, fonts and assets at any time.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@graphiicom.com if you suspect unauthorised use. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country, or use the Service with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, logos and other material you upload or create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, saving your designs, generating previews and producing exports. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.

4. Templates, fonts and other assets

Templates, fonts, shapes, icons, mockups and other assets provided through the Service are licensed to you for use in your own designs, including commercial projects, subject to these Terms. You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense the templates or assets on their own (for example, as a template pack or stock library), or claim them as your own original work in a competing design service.

Some fonts and assets may carry their own licence terms; where they do, those terms apply as well.

5. Logos and trademarks

A design created with Graphiicom may resemble other designs, because templates and assets are shared by many users. We do not guarantee that a design is unique, or that it can be registered as a trademark. Before relying on a logo for a business, you are responsible for checking that it does not infringe an existing trademark or other right.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • upload or create content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • use the Service to impersonate others, mislead people, or promote scams, malware or illegal goods;
  • attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
  • bypass any usage limits, paywalls or technical protections; or
  • use the Service in a way that could harm other users or us.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. AI and third-party features

Some features (such as AI image generation or background removal) are provided with the help of third-party services. When you use them, the text prompts or images you submit are sent to those providers to produce the result. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, may resemble existing works, and is provided without any guarantee. You are responsible for reviewing it before use. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Paid plans

If we offer paid plans or premium templates, the price, what is included and how billing works will be shown at the time you purchase. Prices may change for future purchases. Unless the law requires otherwise or we state otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable once a premium download or subscription period has been delivered or started.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, branding, and the Graphiicom name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we do not transfer any rights to you.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that it will meet every need, and we do not guarantee the colour accuracy or print quality of exports. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphiicom and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, if you paid nothing, a nominal amount). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we need to do so to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 5, 9, 10, 11 and 14) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
